Yes. It is likely some cultures disappearing is a good thing. The Aztecs are a good example. They were a horror as a civilization, maybe equal to or worse than the later colonizers and slavers. Also, the Southern slave states. They had culture before the Revolutionary war, but who would want that culture to remain?
