When you use terms just another white guy, or he is probably cis and white you are degrading an entire race of people.

This is not discussing whiteness and maleness as the power structures they are, but race, and that is the basis of racism.

All white males do benefit from American whiteness and maleness, but many white males are making great effort to change.

This should be encouraged, not used as a point to degrade their race as black people and other people of color have had to suffer for over two hundred years.

We as Progressives either want to grow into something better or we are just seeking a pound of flesh.
