This is the problem of just about every form of activism from our Progressive side today and why we are having a hard time winning over allies among the grey area of people who are more apt to change their mind, but they are afraid of saying the wrong thing, and being jumped on or cancelled. Sticking a finger in society's face does not pass legislation and does not build movements. It just feels good to those who want to vent more than do the actual truly hard work that sometimes take decades. Great article!
