There is an interview of, Richard Pryor given by, Barbara Walters during the 80s. During the interview, Barbara Walters states to Mr. Pryor, "I can't imagine saying the word, and then says the "N" word crudely with the, "ah" on the end of it. Mr. Pryor responds perfectly, "It sounds like you say it alright to me, it sounds like you've said it before."
He was letting her know that he didn't appreciate her sneaking using that word to his face while pretending she was just being a journalist. The last time I checked you couldn't find this interview on Youtube or the internet because those who protect people like Barbara Walters scrub these comments. Many of these same people are the ones who claim to be standing against racism.
