The definition of murder is the unlawful and premeditated killing of one human being by another. Based on this definition, while abortion was legal in all the states it was not murder because that form of killing was not illegal.

The United States military has had a military policy of targeting civilians since the Civil War. Sanctions we put on Iraq killed half a million already born children, and sanctions target children and civilians specifically. Some cheer for our country's brutality in war which has reached in the millions because the government put its stamp of approval on it. Using your view on abortion being muder, If abortion is murder, so is slaughtering civilians in war. The difference is, who is trying to outlaw wars against civilians?

You can have an opinion on it, but the facts based on our language and the precedence set by our legal system is abortion is not murder. Others who believe in God should not have a say on anyone who does not believe in God. When government attempts to make laws that enslave people to other people’s opinions based on a book half the country does not believe, it is called tyranny. You end your perspective with it being a woman’s choice, but that is not the case in all the states now. Contraception and LGPTQ marriage will be next on the agenda.
