The Communist in Russia prior to the Bolshevik revolution knew what needed to be done when there were too many rich people or the wealthy had too much power. Any government of the people for the people would have income limits and disallow property like Beaches, and mountain sides to be owned by a person. Same with owning thousands of acres or too large a percentage of food or medicine production.

The problem of humanity is wealthy and powerful people. It always has been. Yes, many poor people are greedy and evil also, but being rich adds an extra element of entitlement to it that will cause misery on humanity for generations. Who starts and benefits from all wars. The wealthy. Who pays for and suffers from all wars? Everyone else.
