A great thought provoking article. I am more of the mindset the Constitution was created to enslave the states to a more powerful and centralized government. This was pointed out in the Anti-Federalist Papers. I am always open to new information and respect your educational achievement.

I believe the slavery issue muddies the water because all of America was white supremacist. No part of it was for people of color, women, LGBTQ, or working class non-land owning whites. There were examples of freedmen of color early on, but that changed. I hate to say it, but fuck the Constitution.

The real pursuit of happiness was clearly spelled out in the preamble to the Constitution when it stated, "to ourselves and our posterity." Who do we think they were talking about but those who wrote it and their own caste?

America is a failed white supremacist and imperialist state. It is past time to ditch the Constitution and start over with something better. To create something not Capitalist, Christian, or white male centric. American Capitalism has in my view retained its slave owner mindset.
