Money and self are all that matter in America and to many Americans. Social media is the perfect example. Who but a narcissist would post thousands of photos of themselves, or call themselves an influencer? Texas and South Carolina are the two worst states in the Union with Florida catching up, but America sucks in general because it is all about the money.
