In my opinion, they are wrong. We don't let 40 year old men or women have sex with 12 year old girls or boys for good reason. Young people's brains are not fully formed until they reach the late twenties. They are not capable of making such a decision when dealing with a more experienced person. As people grow old past 70, they actually become more childlike and loss of mental acuity is not rare. Why would any country want anyone past age 70 as president where mental acuity is the main requirement for the job. Great article!
