I would say the old guys in government never want to leave power or they would not be old guys in government.

If that is true they care more about future generations, why is Biden sending literal billions of American tax dollars to Israel and Ukraine and potentially WWIII, instead of pushing for national healthcare, reparations for black Americans, homeless, infrastructure, more workers rights, and to establish a woman's right to choose at the Federal level?

Biden told workers to get back to the office, and American did not have enough money to keep helping local businesses who were put under by the lockdown but there is "whatever it takes" for Israel and Ukraine and other foreign interest.
