I have said for decades America loves waging war on civilians/children (Native Americans, Civil war, Vietnam, Middle East, etc) and that is what sanctions are designed to do. Wage war on children and civilians. Kuwait was none of our business. Why didn't we enter on one side or the other in the Iraqi war with Iran and threatens invasion?
