I am not spewing rhetoric and I couldn't care less if any of the sports franchises or any other corporate exist. I tend towards a version of socialism, not Capitalism. I simply explained how commerce works having been a business owner for over 25 years.

When I had employees, I paid all of mine 30% more than anyone else in my field. They had no trouble with time off or being sick and helped them when I could. I agree with you on property rights, if you cannot own property, you have no freedom.

If your government can tell you how to think or what to do with your life, you may like one version of government but then another would come along as we witnessed with, Trump who would be tyrannical if given half a chance.

I am with you on the franchise also and mentioned that in my responses. I think sports like religion is a distraction to keep folks from getting together and demanding better.

This is why I said I am with you in spirit, but the franchises would be out of business if they paid women the same for playing basketball as they did the men. It is the same with semi-professional basketball. They don't even get a living wage. I do not like it either, but I do not know the answer. Do you have an idea?
