Esther Perel is much like Brene. The rarely say anything original or that is not common sense, but like church they use those church voice tones, and emphasis to play on people's heart strings while shamelessly promoting books and speaking engagements. Quite a few authors on Medium do this as well. I give most things a pass except when they are dealing with other human's vulnerabilities.
